戰馬和磨坊主寓言故事
一匹曾經馱著主人馳騁沙場的戰馬，感到自己年事已高，便選擇離開戰場，到一個磨坊裡去工作。他發現自己再也無法在聽到戰鼓雷鳴時昂頭挺胸地前進了，只能被迫埋頭於終日磨穀子的勞作之中。戰馬垂頭喪氣地哀嘆著自己的命運，有一天，他對磨坊主說：“唉，我曾經可是一匹光彩照人的戰馬，不僅披著華麗的戰袍，而且還有專門的'馬倌照顧我。現如今，我這是什麼下場呀！真希望我當初沒有離開戰場，為什麼要到這個磨坊來呀。”磨坊主粗暴地回答說：“不必追悔過去，命運總會有所起伏，隨緣而安就好了。”

A Horse，who had been used to carry his rider Into battle，feIt himself growing old and chose to work in a mill instead.He now no longer found himself stepping out proudly to the beating of the drums，but was compelled to slave away all day grinding the corn.Bewailing his hard lot，he said one day to the Miller,“Ah me!I was once a splendid war-horse，gaily caparisoned，and attended by a groom whose sole duty was to see to my wants.How different is my present condition!i wish I had never given up the battlefield for the mill.”The Miller replied with asperity,“It’S no use your regretting the past.Fortune has many ups and downs：you must iust take them as they come.”
