一、日期低於聯絡方式兩行,靠右邊;提要低於日期一行,靠左邊。在英文求職信中,日期靠左邊/右邊,提要低於日期兩行,靠右邊。
二、能夠用對方的姓名直呼對方最好,因為人們都是喜歡別人稱呼自己的名字。所以,想辦法去弄清楚面試負責人的姓名和性別。如果不能,你可以使用“尊敬的僱主”或乾脆用“早上好”比起用“尊敬的先生或女士”要親切地多。
三、想盡一切辦法,讓求職信的'第一句話就抓住閱讀者,讓他能認真地讀你的個人簡歷。使對方感興趣的金科玉律是:從對方的利益出發,為對方的利益服務。
四、把你的基本技能、成績、以及別人對你以往業績的評價介紹給僱主,對你的工作經歷加以概括,如:“在某公司擔任會計工作期間,取得了如下成績:xxx”如果你的求職信不包括簡歷,那麼長度不應超過六段。
