  求職意向是編寫個人簡歷的核心,用人單位在看簡歷的時候都是先看其求職意向,然後根據所申請應聘的崗位來看簡歷上的資訊是否能滿足要求。求職者編寫有針對性的個人簡歷會增加錄取機會。相反,如果在個人簡歷上麼有求職意向以及應聘的職位,對方會直接將簡歷刪除掉。

  有一些求職者總是認為自己什麼都能幹,在編寫工作經驗的時候也不管是不是與申請的職位相符合,明明申請的是專案研發工作,寫的卻是自己在銷售方面的工作經驗,這樣的簡歷必然很難透過。用人單位想要招聘的是需要有專業能力的人才,而不是什麼都能做卻做不好的員工。

  個人簡歷的形象實際上就是求職者的'形象,比如說個人簡歷的格式、模板、字型等等,還有就是個人簡歷中出現的錯誤內容以及錯別字。個人簡歷形象不好,有錯字、時序混論、邏輯不通,即便條件再好也難以透過。

  個人簡歷能不能被錄取不單單是靠簡歷上的內容,與其投遞的時機也有著重要關係,比如說當用人單位非常缺人的時候,基本符合要求的求職者就能被錄取。那麼後來的個人簡歷即便寫的再好、條件再優越,也不能被錄用。
