  To be healthy we should take proper exercise and have a balanced diet. Besides having a scientific timetable is also very necessary. In addition we’d better develop some good habits in our daily life and keep away from alcohol and drugs. What’s more as students we should not be addicted to addictive computer games which will distract us from study.
